Lysander walks with librarian (biomancy I guess) and death company, twin-linking their bolters. Scouts sit on the quadgun. Tacticals combat squad out of the rhino, leaving the multimelta inside.

OK, it is a really weird suggestion I know but try Strike. You can infiltrate Lysander and the DC. 20 FNP, 3+ troops with Lysander at the front will be a great meat shield, which gives out a good number of bolts, then is quite killer on assault.

Then I would go infantry heavy, otherwise the DC will not be so useful. Maybe actually drop pod heavy.

The only thing I know for sure is Telion would be awesome for your list.
