I'm not sure if this was posted already but i'm sorry if it did. I was wondering what the dreadknights close combat attacks are with the greatsword. I'm not sure if the dreadknight gets the ap2 for being a MC or AP3 for being an unsual force weapon. if someone could clear this up that would be great.

thanks

All MCs' attacks count as AP2 unless their weapon is AP1.

Unnessesarily extravegant word of the week award goes to jcress410 for this:

Would the dreadknight sword actually give the DK an 4+ inv save in CC as per the GK force sword rules for upping melee inv saves by one?

Nemesis Greatsword is a separate entry from the Nemesis Force Sword.

The rules don't cross over

You would want to use the dcw even with the greatsword

That way you can strike at 10 str and still reroll hits wounds and arm pen

"If a model has more than one melee weapon, he must choose which one to attack with when he comes to strike blows - he cannot mix and match the abilities of several different melee weapons"

I understand the argument that the greatsword says "a model equipped with" but there are two similar examples from the Dark Eldar codex both of which were FAQ'd to say you have to actively wield them, and the core rules say you can't mix two different close combat weapons special rules together.

You need to choose between Strength 10 and S6 with re-rolls. (or alternatively use the sword for a smash attack, for S10 and re-rolls, but giving up 1 Attack in the process)

Interceptor Drones can disembark at any point during the Sun Shark's move (even though models cannot normally disembark from Zooming Flyers).
