Alright lads, Ork codex, made in 4th with ideas of 5th. 4th said no multi war gear. 6th doesn't have this and nor did 5th. Now we travel over to the war boss HQ war gear options. Says "can take any of the following" no rules to limit. for 15 points its +1 attack. Heres the question. Exactly how many squigs can i just take? rule of 10 says i max out at ten. So 90pts later i have +6 attacks. Of course i am laughing thinking of a war boss with a entire pack of squigs in front of him on leashes, but really what do you guys say? i am expecting a nice debate.

That would be pretty cool to see, if someone modeled him as a squig master.

To many unpainted models to count.

It says "may take any of the following"

It does not allow you to take multiples. therefore, as this is a permissive rule set, you cannot.

It's because it says "may take any of the following" not "may take any number of the following."

Yeah, if you could take more than one it would probably say:
Attack squig......15 points per squig.

You can take an option or not take it. If you take it, you get one attack squig for +15. There is no option to take it again. The ork codex explicitly specifies which options can be taken in multiples. See big gunz for examples.

7 Ork facts people always get wrong:
Ragnar did not win against Thrakka, but suffered two crushing defeats within a few days of each other.
A lasgun is powerful enough to sever an ork's appendage or head in a single, well aimed shot.
Orks meks have a better understanding of electrics and mechanics than most Tech Priests.
Orks actually do not think that purple makes them harder to see. The joke was made canon by Alex Stewart's Caphias Cain books.
Gharkull Blackfang did not even come close to killing the emperor.
Orks can be corrupted by chaos, but few of them have any interest in what chaos offers.
Orks do not have the power of believe.

Whilst its a no,

I would happily play your 10 attack warboss, IF you modelled him with 6 squigs

in Inquisitor, a Space Marine can take a krak grenade, pull out the pin, eat the grenade, throw the pin, and the thrown pin will actually kill a normal man, whereas the Space Marine won't even have indigestion. This has actually happened in a game. Hell, a marine can throw his bolt shells and do more damage than by shooting his boltgun
