Subject: Acute Sensors Special Rule

Raveners have the acute sensors special rule but out flank, can only deepstrike. Does the ravener unit ignore the acute sensors special rule?

No it does not. Just because they may not be able to outflank on their own, does not mean that there may not be a scenario some day that allows them to outflank.

... or that they have any reason to ignore one of their USRs, as 'useless' as it currently is.

Looking in the codex, I see no requirement for raveners to deep strike....
