Am I reading this right...

1) All Reavers are equipped with Bloodvanes inflicts "D3 S4 AP- ..." wounds.

2) One in 3 Reavers may purchase Cluster Caltrops which inflicts "D6 S6 AP-..." wounds.

Does that mean that in a unit of 3 Reaves whereas one is purchased to have the Cluster Caltrops wargear... if that unit moves over an unengaged enemy unit...

I'd roll THREE Bloodvanes and One Caltrops? Or, Two Bloodvanes and One Caltrops wounds?

It looks like the Reaver that has taken Cluster Caltrops also still have the Bloodvanes, so they get to inflict both.

"A model with cluster caltrops inflicts D6 S6 AP- hits with its bladevanes (see above)."

Interceptor Drones can disembark at any point during the Sun Shark's move (even though models cannot normally disembark from Zooming Flyers).

Drunkspleen has it. It's not an additional weapon, nor does it replace the bladevanes - it simply improves them.

But it says cluster caltrops "hits with its bloodvanes"... to me, that reads like it's an addition to the bloodvanes. (D6 S6 + D3 S4 Ap -)

Am I wrong?

It is a replacement of one profile for another. Same as a trygon upgraded toa trygon prime doesnt get 18 shots.

If you need another example, think of Sternguard ammunition. You use the special ammunition with the boltgun - you don't get to fire both, though.
