I want terminator troops for my BT army (usually 3termi squads, 2 las/plas squads, 3 vindis, attack bikes).

Grey Knight Librarian with 10 termies. Dont know the points or upgrades but i figure around 750 after wargear

2 DA Terminator Squads with Cyclones and Belial. This detachment is around 600

I dont know much about DA or GK, but It depends if your going assaulty or shooty. GK can have some pretty sick CC combos if you want to go for assault. Otherwise, do the Cycloone ML for DA.

Im going for a little bit both. I want the allied termies to be mid-far field objective grabbers and contestors.

And with the GK i can bring a libby!

If you want them to move forward and hold a point I would recommend the GK Termies and Libby. Before upgrades they will cost 550.

In fact, GK are rock solid and not restricted to small units. Id take a full unit of 10 led by an Inquisitor with some gadgets.

?Would an inquisitor or a libby be the better choice for the GK

Battle brothers for DA will not add much. Belial can make one squad fearless, he may even pick up tank hunter if he is lucky.
BT characters can deathwing assault with deathwing if they have termy armour, and will gain fearless.

I think I would be tempted to go drop pod and deathwing assault list with BT and DA, (maybe FNP?)
You could land three squads of BT termies with assault cannons and FNP deathwing with CML and SS/TH landing first turn, with vindis able to move 12'' to also get into the action.

One of the squads should an apothecary and banner, this alone probably makes deathwing worth it.
Plus they can have SS/TH which means they can hopefully absorb plasma shots, which will be your enemy.

GK termies are far too short ranged. Though they have cool elites and heavies, I would assume you would bring an assassin for example. They can not join you first turn.
What is the no witches rule for BT? They are not normally allowed pyskers?

Final remarks are: attack bikes are a bit pricey for BT, why not go typhoons?
How are you going to shoot down aeroplanes? I think the best unit would be 2 psifledreads and/or ADL with quad gun.
