The Reclusiarch can not go in that rhino.
Allies can not go in transports.

I would take a regular perd or a vindicator, I feel they are better value for points.

I would load up the GH in rhinos with some wargear. Wolfguards could useful for this, so you can have a model to use the quad gun.

Doesn't work like that. It would require the wolves to have red thurst anyway, so didn't even need a FAQ. Unless you mean with the support of troops with.... as such it is a nice combo.
