So today I got my much anticipated delivery of hobby supplies

As most of you have just noticed.... thats a very blue looking pink!!!It is supposed to be a pot of Lothern Blue as per my order. Now.. is it? What shade of blue is this paint? hehe Im not entirely bothered because its a highlight colour for my marine's eyes and I havent started them yet. But if I use this, and later go buy Lothern Blue and find its way off then its a problem.

If you have a store that sells GW paint nearby you could just take the pot along with you and check. The online store it's kinda hard to tell.

Yeah I think I might pop it along to my local GW and ask the staff to compare it... afterall the label means nothing, I just want the right paint.
That will have to wait till Wednesday as my local GW is closed mon-tues, is this normal for GW? its the only shop in town that does it! But it is a single staff store, and it seems wrong to expect him to do 7days.
I didn't buy this from GW directly, it came from RocketHobbies.co.uk, who are lovely people by the way. I've emailed them about it, they replied within minutes and already I have exchanged several emails with them. All very positive and friendly. Great prices too; 20-25% discount off r.r.p a good replacement for the Darksphere users now they have ceased shipping GW products.

They assure me it came directly out of a pack of 6 Lothern Blues and the mislabel has just been overlooked because the colour's all matched. I can imagine how many orders and the vast amount of stock they deal with, so am not suprised. It does sound like they wouldve plucked out a pot with the wrong colour showing in the lid but have little need to check all the labels.
