Ok, I ordered some stuff from forgeworld and after one month, I nothing arrived at my place. Does something like that happen for some people here on dakka and how forgeworld resolved the problem... any tips

My last order took about that long. Have you actually attempted to contact Forgeworld yet to find out the status?

Not now, canada Uk is not good to call on the working hours and i cannot do that at my job, must wait until saturday to do that. It's funny, i order some stuff last week and that was at my door this morning. But my order before never show up.

If i can do every thing by email that will be good, but if the order is lost, i dont know if i will have my money back or they ship the order again or they keep my money with an evil smile.

I emailed them after about 3 weeks of not getting shipping confirmation. Two business days later I got a reply that everything had been shipped, and received it about 2 days after that.

Always attempt to make contact before assuming things, just so you have the full story.

I asked them a traking number... I will wait....

Forgeworld is good about getting stuff out. Sometimes it will be delayed because they'll have some items on back order. I've never heard of anyone just not receiving their order though.

You can log in to the website and track it on there. It isn't impossible that the order hasn't even shipped yet, unless you have an email confirming it has been.

Each time I've ordered from FW, they've managed to ship it to me accurately and rather quickly (given that they're shipping internationally across the world) within two weeks.

That being said, my FLGS has had run ins with large orders not arriving for a month, and screw-ups in what actually arrived vs. what was ordered.

Could be something to do with the order size/value, perhaps?

You must work some odd hours to not be able to call the UK first thing before work.

I have had one order that took about a month to turn up. The reason was that I was unlucky enough to order just after the mini had gone out of stock and they were waiting to recast, which can take a while at busy times. However, give them a call or send them an email. They are very good, although emails can take a little while to get a reply. It is possible that your order has gone missing. I'm sure they will help.

As for what they will do if it is missing? They will offer to resend it once they know it is missing (royal mail will make them wait at least 14 days from posting however before they can say its lost and claim for it) If you don't want them to resend it ask them for a refund and tell them it is too late. As for keeping your money? No way.

Might want to email them then, seeing as FW is only open from Monday to Thursday, they get extra long weekends.

Got half of my answer. I went to post canada and they screw up the job. My order came to the poste office, I didn't have any kind of paper that said my order arrived. I didn't reveived the last warning and they send it back to GW.

Now I must wait for a mail from forgeworld... i have a bad felling about this.... think i will lost everything or may be pay the shipping again...

Yep... the wainting piss me off.... sorry for the spelling and some bad word (a piss off french canadian trying to write in english). I hope i will have some news befor friday. If not, I will call saturday morning (winnipeg time befor the guys in england go to the pub)

Hey, as said before, FW can't be reached on Friday or Saturday.

Got a email from FW today about my order, that can take until 3 months to my order to be back here.... the post is slow

Have you checked your order status? Does it say that it has shipped?

i had a new order's number but i think nothing had moved for now. Think about that, Olympic games, the post is slow with the send back shipping.... i can wait befor asking where my order... I cross my finger

I've had this happen before, my Order ended up arriving three months later.
