Card Kingdom will be hosting a painting class by Privateer Press' very own Meg Maples! This will be a two day painting class and will teach some fantastic techniques!

Limit 10 people $100/person admission
Meg will be providing Warmachine Cygnar model Commander Adept Nemo to all students to paint during the class. She will cover everything from prepping a mini to paint to finishing details. She will also bring a set of P3 paints for everyone in the class to try. Basing materials will also be provided and discussed to give students more options for creating unique bases.

Meg will cover different painting techniques including 2 brush blending which is a fast and efficient technique to paint models for play or display purposes. She will also discuss other techniques and when and how they can be used to achieve different painted effects.

Meg will discuss the benefits of wet palettes and dry palettes as well and be able to teach students proper use and cleaning of palettes as well as paint storage.

The class runs Saturday (8/11) and Sunday (8/12) from 10 am to 7pm with an hour lunch break.

Students need to bring their own brushes, a lamp, prep tools and files, palettes and any other supplies they need to feel comfortable for 2 days of painting.

/sigh ... why do I live in Nebraska again?

I feel you - I wish something like this would ever be anywhere near me. $100 seems like a very good deal for a 2 day class + mini.
