Do Codex Marine Riflemen Dreads gain the skyfire and interceptor USR if they stay stationary? I thought i read that somewhere but now i am not sure if it was for some IA FAQ or something.

I just checked-- it's in the latest Forge World FAQ, both for Contemptor Mortis Dreadnoughts and for normal Mortis ("rifleman") Dreadnoughts. So, flyers are basically dead on arrival at any event that allows Forge World stuff.
