Runtherdz for big guns are useful.
The nob bikers are troops.
The ork list looks fairly good, I would go even heavier with the lootas and kannons.
Not sure on big choppas for nobs, it doesn't feel right, whilst I want them klaw apart power armour.

Thanks MFletch,
I'm taking your advice to heart. I think my biggest question is how to effectively add in more big guns and lootas- sacrificing boyz or nobz?
I went ahead and reduced the existing Troop choices significantly in order to amp up the other two areas. Here's how it's looking now:
HEAD QUARTERS
Warboss, 150
- Cybork Body, Warbike
- Attack Squig, Power Klaw
Big Mek, Kustom Force Field, 85
ELITES
- Loota x8, 120
Loota x7, 105
TROOPS
Ork x25, Big Shoota x2, 150
Ork x25, Big Shoota x2, 150
Biker Nobz x5, 335
- Warbike x5, Cybork Bodies
- Power Klaw x2, Boss Pole
- Painboy
HEAVY SUPPORT
Kannon x3, 94
- Runherd Grot x5, Ammo Runt x3
Kannon x3, 94
- Runtherd, Grot x5, Ammo Runt x3
Kannon x3, 94
- Runtherd, Grot x5, Ammo Runt x3
FORTIFICATION
Quad Gun 100
I removed one 20-man boyz mob, took out the Nob leaders with the big choppas, and up'd the remaining two mobs to 25. I also added in another three-set of kannons and 5 more lootas, splitting them into a squad of 8 and 7. I'm not sure I want to do anything to the nobz because I want to ensure their effectiveness, so that's all of the changes I have for now. Does this look like a stronger list?
In regards to the Imperial Guard list, I feel it is fairly effective (I realize the sentinels and hellhound are probably debatable, but it would be nice to have something interesting to throw in).
