Plastic Soldier Company: Soviet Infantry and some Guns
Wargames Factory: German and US Infantry
Warlord: Some of the newer BA sets are plastic.
Am I forgetting any manufacturers of plastic WW2 infantry?

Perry Miniatures will have some out, probably early next year.
I like the Wargames Factory one the best.

Keep in mind Perry are doing mid war
But yup thats pretty much the list right now
WG I think isnt working on any other ww2 sets as of right now
Warlord is working on plastic soviets. Which is good because PSC ones are quite static. I really wish PSC would do more 28mm but since it is just resizing their 15/20mm sets then they suffer from less details and monopose

Well if we're listing metals, Warlord obviously has a huge selection too. West Wind has a few items as does Renegade and Victory Force.
We could keep going all day

Just to clarify, Warlord does the following in plastic:
British infantry, British Commandos, German soldiers, American G.I.'s, and American Rangers.

Technically rangers are just the normal infantry with metal bitz
