This is a series of questions I need to be answered:
First, as a Brotherhood Champion, what comes first? The Issue a challenge or selecting one of the 3 stances given for being The Perfect Warrior? While on this question, Does Cleansing Flame go first or the Issue a challenge?

Second, if for example: A Brotherhood Champion challenges a Knight of Flame from a squad of Purifiers with a Librarian attached, and is slain by the Knight of Flame during the challenge. So the Brotherhood Champion chooses to do his Heroic Sacrifice. Can he choose to use his Heroic Sacrifice on the Librarian even though he had issued a challenge against the Knight of Flame?

The power targets a model in base contact, in a challenge you are counted to be only in base contact with the other guy.

He'd be stuck in the Challenge until the end of that phase, so no you'd have to Heroic Sacrifice the guy you were dueling. He's the only one you were in base contact with regardless of where your guy is physically located.
