1.) GW may release Plastic Witch Elves in about a year.
2.) Raging Hordes makes these (not much cheaper and a tad smaller)

Kitbash witches out of corsairs with the female warrior torso (bonus points for using wood elf heads, they generally look more feminine than corsair heads). Paint the 'armor' like a black corset and away you go.

EDIT: You can also use the Dark Eldar Wytch kits to make Witches. Just leave/carve off the tech bits and dip into the bitz box for extra hand weapons.

Female warriors in light leather armour is not the same as Witch Elves. At least not for people familiar with Dark Elf background. Witch Elves despise any type of armour.

Spoiler:

You mean like those? :3 Not the best photo, but I use Wyches as my Witch Elves. Yeah they are not supposed to be armored, but I never thought the static poses of the standard Witch Elf much fit their personality either. They are supposed to be maniacs, not regimented.

Yeah i would like a hybrid of that.
The wyches could be converted but i am not a fan of the heads.

I recommend getting a box or two or Corsairs or Warriors to go with it, so you have a supply of extra weapons to replace the pistols with.

Armor? Who said anything about armor? Black leather corsets are lingerie, not armor!
