Drop the big Choppa, pick up a Power Klaw, take advantage of that potential strength 10. Also, I wouldn't take a twin-linked shoota. If you really want an upgraded shooting weapon go for a kombi-skorcha, if not, just don't take one.

Your Nob needs a Power Klaw too, to give that boyz squad some potential to cut through armour and give them some vehicle smacking potential too.

I always like it when I see huge squads of Nobz, in my army I run 2-3 maxed out squads just for the fun of it. However, for optimisation, 7 is about right, as they'll kill pretty much anything anyway and any more is overkill. Anything 7 can't kill 9 are unlikely to either. So, I'd drop 2. Again, where are the Power Klaws? You really need them, drop 2 of the big choppas at least and replace them with Power Klaws, also, I'm not sure why you have 2 bosspoles here, and when you attach the Warboss you'll have 3 in the squad. At least drop 1 from here.

Lose the 'eavy armour, it won't get used too much as anything shooting you at that long a range is likely to be at least AP4. Additionally, I'd take a Kustom Force Field over the
SAG, just to give your Trukks at least some survivability. I'd then drop one of the boyz from one of the Trukk squads to fit this guy in, and then mayeb if you have the points give him a Power Klaw or something to make him decent when you get up close.
Hope this is useful.
