What are some good builds for the above? Cheers

He will be going in an army with a level 4, level 1, 8 ironguts, two trapper units, 2 ironblasters, 6 sniping maneaters and 2 puppies at 2250

You can either kit him out to be fighty or give him a magic banner. I prefer the fighty approach.

I usually give mine HA, Ironfist, Dragonhelm, and the Sword of Anti-heroes. Sometimes the Seed of Rebirth too if I feel like it.

3+ armor, 2+ fire ward, maybe 6+ regen, and +1Str +1A for each enemy hero in BtB with him or his unit.

No, but the Crown of Command makes you Stubborn. And that transfers to the unit he is in.

Its not for the army, its for the unit.
