hello

i was thinking on how to beat 2 man in a 3 man battle one of the guys plays with orks
list:

3 deffkoptas 1 big bomb
a lot of boys
5 lootas
5 man nob squad + attached warboss (cybork body parts bosspole...)
3 big shootas.

and the other guy plays a mixed batleforce of (depending of the points used)

nids
tau
orks
guardsman
lemann russ

my biggest concern is the lemann russ,the last battle he wiped out 1 squad of marines and my dreadnought.

my list : (of unit that i can use)

1 dread (twin linked multi melta, close combat arm bolter.)
1 devasator squad (plasma cannon,lascannon,2 heavy bolters and a multi melta)
1 rino
1 razorback (2-linked heavy bolter)
1 land raider (twin linked lascannons side sponsons)
1 terminator squad (stormbolters powerfist captain with powersword)
2 tactical squads (varity of weapons)
1 techmarine with 3 servs in full servo harness.

can somebody give me some tips/tricks on using these forces?
