RIght in my FLGS we basicaly have a house rule to make 2k points no double FOC which is basicaly saying 1999+1 points.
Now I have never won against the vets in our flgs for the matter almost everyone (as marines are predominant here and basicaly mostly everyone runs a BA or SW army) except one ultra smurf kid that plays 40 scouts led by a MOTF... Even I lost to him once due to a incredible roll of 7 ones to hellfire wounds...

Not a bad list to start with.

I'm not a huge fan of power fists on tac sergeants, but for crimson fists armies, I approve.

I don't like anything that takes the bolter out of the hands of the sternguard. That being said, HFs could work. Overall I like the squad.

While I like assault cannons on dreads, I think they are better suited for those walking around, not ones being drop podded. I think a MM would be a better fit. This also seems out of place in the otherwise "armored column" theme you have going on with your army.

Tactical terminators should deep strike, or just walk. Save the LR for assault terminators. The redeemer is also my least favorite variant. I prefer the basic model. I'd try swapping the tacs our for assault terms, I like 2 claws/ 3 hammers for a 5 man squad. I also like a chaplain leading them, but Pedro will do in a pinch.

Auto/Las preds are a good buy, solid tank. In a marine heavy meta, a vindicator might work better. If you drop the dread, you could use the points to get another tank.

I'm not a fan of 5 man Dev squads. I would drop them in favor of some fast attack support. A storm talon or a pair of typhoon speeders would put out a similar amount of firepower with the advantage of mobility for about the same points. Having a little something from every slot in the force org chart can help with different missions. And I like to see mechanized forces with some fast moving outriders, from a thematic standpoint.

Thanks for the advice/critique!
I would be most likely be getting a storm talon this year or so. I am saving my budget on my tau army.
At first, I would always go TH/SS termies as they were the most feared CC squad any army could face. But as 2+ saves got a buffer I decided to try out tactical termies. Watching my friends battle out (daemons vs BT) a squad of 5 tactical terminators survived a blood crusher charge. The terminators even won CC

As I have way too much spare time atm (4 day vacation woot!) made a new list which just abuses what Pedro Kantor offers

Maybe bring Telion. Otherwise a great list apart from you have no good method to attack flyers.
