What primary weapon would the good folks of Dakka recommend?
At present I only have the standard minigun and Natascha, and I am trying out the Brass Beast.
What should I aim to get? The Tomislav looks good...

I usually use the Tomislav or the brass beast, depending on what the team's situation is.

The tomislav and sandvich is a lethal combination for solo offense, the brass beast works well when defending on maps with a lot of tunnels (but is all but useless in open areas) and the natasha is good at defending against scouts (but you lack the damage to deal with other heavies and soldiers).
To be honest though the best weapon overall is the stock minigun.

Do not underestimate the Squats. They survived for millenia cut off from the Imperium and assailed on all sides. Their determination and resilience is an example to us all.

Its just a shame that they couldn't fight off Andy Chambers.

Yeah, the Heavy probably has the most balanced main weapons.

I always do Tomislav.
Always sandvich, and evicorations notice is epic, since you cn actually hit people because of your attack speed.

That.
Offense or much moving = Tomislav
Defense, possibility to stay still or Heavies with Tomislavs = Brass Beast
Actually its quite funny to kill Tomislav Heavies with the Brass Beast just because you do more damage when you caught them.

Ran the Brass beast as defense with a candy bar. The extra health and the better damage makes it HELL for anyone to get the intel.
As for staying mobile I'll run a standard minigun, sandvich, and gloves of running urgently. The speed bonus is hilarious on a heavy.

Thats why I like eviscorator's notice. It only affects your smashin' speed, but still, heavy being quicker with hi fists then any scout with a bat..
