Your Wolf Lord is
AP:3 in close combat. Not exactly an
IC slayer. Hard combat units are going to have 2+ Saves in this game. He's great for slaughtering masses of Power Armor though. I'd ditch the Wolf Tooth Necklace to save some points. If we can get 10 more points out of your list, consider Saga of the Warrior Born.
At that point though, consider Ragnar. I think he's only slightly more expensive than your current Wolf Lord, though he lacks a 2+ Save. You could easily use his rules as a "counts-as" model. Most players are okay with that if your model looks cool.
Arjac Rockfist, as already mentioned, is not an
IC. You have to pay for a Wolf Guard model, then pay to upgrade him to Arjac.

Interesting... I'd have taken Sniper Rifles instead though if you want to be shooty. Double check the
FAQ as well, your Plasma Pistols may be in addition to Close Combat Weapons and Boltguns. Frankly I don't think its worth the points for the Plasma Pistols and since they can't charge on Turn 1 or when they come from Outflank I don't think Wolf Scouts are worth it anymore.
Makes me very sad. I had such a history with my Wolf Scout unit...
Your Lone Wolf is vulnerable. No Invulnerable Save or Ablative Wounds. Prepare him for pointless death, especially if you have any Dark Eldar opponents. If you want him cheap, Mark of the Wulfen and two Wolves is 55 points or so. If you want him tough, give him a Storm Shield. Popular builds include
TH/
SS TDA or Chainfist/
SS TDA, both for 85 points.

You can only take two Plasma Guns. Plasma Pistols are overpriced, I would strongly suggest leaving them home. The Power Fist is over priced. Give them Power Weapons and the make sure you throw Axes on the actual models. 3 S5 AP2 attacks versus 2 S8 AP2 attacks will surprisingly do more damage, statistically. Its also dramatically cheaper.
Do not take a Deathwind Missile Launcher on your Drop Pod. The range is short, it has no
AP, and it can't fire on the turn it arrives. That means that if its a threat, its dead. And if its not a thread, you just wasted a lot of points.
So if you cut the fat you can free up 105 points. Just from ditching Plasma Pistols (which are too expensive for what they give you) and dropping Power Fists to Power Axes, and the Wolf Tooth Necklace from the Lord that doesn't need it, and the nonthreatening point sink that is the Deathwind Missile Launcher. Since you can't take him, also drop Arjac. This gives you 275 points to play with.
Get Long Fangs.
You have no ranged firepower outside the one Missile Launcher. That's not enough. Get some Missile Launcher Long fangs, maybe a few Heavy Bolters (not too many though) and a couple of Lascannons. Ditch the Lone Wolf if you need to free up more points to take bigger guns.
Also, since you are walking you may want Wolf Guard. Gives you an extra body in each Grey Hunter squad (possibly with more weapons) and extra Leadership. I'd gladly sacrifice Wolf Scouts to take Wolf Guard.
