The question, how do you deploy to counter this list?

it won't matter too much since double FOC is unlikely to be used often in tournaments. I'd drop the Fex though, grab more bodies, maybe some devilgaunts. That oughtta help you defend against flyers too as you can simply clog the field with units. I personally think the Fexes are just an inefficient use of points.
