So i have a tournament comming up consisting of me and a few friends so an in house tournament But any advice would be appreciated
I will list what i am currently thinking on taking and what i know im up against also we all agreed to not hold back so im trying to be TFG

What im up against Orks, Tyranids, Necrons

What I have in mind:
Company Command Squad - 150
Master Of Ordinance
Heavy Team - Lascannon
Chimera

Lord Commissar (Bruce Lee) - 100
x2 powerfists

Infantry Platoon 160
one autocannon team per squad

Infantry Platoon 160
one autocannon team per squad

Infantry Platoon 160
one autocannon team per squad

Infantry Platoon 160
one autocannon team per squad

Vendetta - 140
sponson heavy bolters

Vendetta - 140
sponson heavy bolters

Leman Russ vanilla - 150

Leman Russ vanilla - 150

x2 Hydra - 150

Ratlings x5 -50
Ratlings x5 -50
Ratlings x5 -50

Right now at 1770 (Army Builder covers my poor math skills ) that said what else should i change?
Also the commissar bruce lee has fists of fury and i cannot tell you how many times this guy has served me well kind of a goodluck charm
The tactic is simple stay back abit and shoot to cripple them before advancing the vendettas are there to attract a stupid amount of firepower
the hydras are incase of any fliers i find to be a threat and the ratlings will pin down as many squads as they can or annoy the enemy enough
for them to be a distraction I know many people are gonna say needs moar chimeras bro i dunno its just my playstyle any advice is welcome though

Quick edit i know its not 1850 also asking abit of what to add im abit stumped right now

That's a crap load of dice :-).

I like that you've massed the troops. I don't have much experience so would be very interested to hear how you go with it. I'm guessing that your aiming to mow down with fire power before they get you for close combat? I know you've probably thought about it, but have you considered merging your platoon squads and giving them a box caster? If you're running so many platoons, my initial reaction is to say "put a heavy reliance on orders". They'll give you the extra shots or a bit more of a chance to take down the tyranid monstrous creatures and such?

Also, considered putting a mortar team in? I personally like your tactic with the ratlings and pinning (again, I don't have much experience), and think that a 60 point mortar team lets you take a good amount of horde out, with the benefit of pinning from the barrage rule. Problem with tyranids (I don't know about the others though) is that they have so many units with abilities to overcome pinning.

Ratlings under 6th edition will work in your favor I think.

Haha no worries experience doesnt make anyones input more or less valid just something extra to consider altogether

I do think i will put in vox casters without a doubt and see about squeezing in a mortar or two maybe drop the lascannon in
the company command squad for one as well seeing how im not expecting very heavy vehicles

Yes the synapse rule does make my ratlings less effective however its only one nid player thankfully i have the firepower to quickly
deal with anything synapse.

Right now as it stands my biggest power is having what i feel to be a decent balance of air and anti air at this level
as for all the autocannons i anticipate light vehicles and high toughness models on the field so they work perfectly for cheap too

And if needed i can drop out bruce lee for more shooty stuff

I wouldn't put the vox in every squad of ten, just in combined squads of 20. It's a smart move having so many platoon commanders who may also be able to talk to well-placed ratlings.

I think your air/tank combo is great as the tanks give you anti-whorde and the las cannons on the vendetta give you great anti-vehicle or monstrous creature as well as, yeah the flying.

I think your auto cannons are great :-). If you have surplus points and no idea what to spend them on at the end, I still think there is merit in grenade launchers as a loose template/Averagely powered shot and would be interested to see how they go. Are you going to do any battle reports?

Yes i will definately do battle reports for all the matches played involving myself
unfortunatelty i dont think there will be pictures camera is broken and gw made our
wallets cry

I will definately look into combined squads and see what i can fit in there between grenade launchers and vox
although I am eyeing flamers over launchers for overwatch purposes that might save my sorry hide.

I think the air tank combo will work very well in my favor and now with units not being able to charge when outflanking
i dont feel nearly as threatened by the possibility of outflank

I think right now my biggest threat are the necrons and my primary focus will be any vehicles with a blast weapon and anything
involving the word tesla, my best bet will be to cripple their dangerous shooting as soon as possible while trying to pin anything
that moves fast and is melee oriented with the snipers

That's a good call. My mortars saved me from some wolves when I was playing a space wolves friend. First turn, took out 3 and pinned them. Second turn, took out the other three :-). When fighting in big lists, even their inaccuracy can be an asset. I've taken out many tyranids with mortars.

yeah i might drop bruce lee and the lascannon team for a mortar or two get some vox in there and see if i can shuffle in a flamer or two

I still dont have much of a gameplan against orks because i have never faced my friends who play orks so i have no idea what they are
planning to bring to the table

I dread the thought of orks. From the battle reports I have read, it seems very much a case of fire as many blast weapons as you can find, and hope to hell that they don't get close enough for combat :-).

Well im certain they wont try to footslog knowing im playing IG but i have no knowledge of their flyers (if they take any)
and how fast would they get to me, I have the firepower without a doubt to deal with their vehicles because they are
mostly light-medium and open-topped its just if they decide to disembark after positioning and bunker into cover
or ram into my lines that i need to figure out
