I occasionally ride my bike about 11 miles once a month, my fitness level isn't that great either, I walked just a little over that distance and I was extremely tired. For some reason though, I decided to ride from Merthyr Tydfi, tto Carrdiff along the Taff Trail. I did it in roughly 2.5 hours. Is this good for someone who goes on their bike once a month and doesn't exercise?

Its very good for someone who doesn't exercise.

Don't be expecting a chuck up though, that's kinda like winning the "Yorkshire's tallest midget tournament"

I exercise regularly and ran a 10k in just under 40 minutes on Saturday, It took me 46 minutes when I first ran it a month ago. I recommend that you take the good feeling that you clearly have now from your bike ride (hence the thread) and allow it to motivate you to exercise more frequently. You really will feel the better for it, I think setting yourself goals and striving to break them is immensely rewarding.

Keep at it, and Ill give you a chuck up if you do the Taff Trail in a months time in under two hours.

We are arming Syrian rebels who support ISIS, who is fighting Iran, who is fighting Iraq who we also support against ISIS, while fighting Kurds who we support while they are fighting Syrian rebels.
