Does a Librarian may join Mordrak+bodyguards unit, deep strike turn 1 with no scatter and thanks to the optional teleport homer summon a Paladins units hidden at the very far limit of the table without scattering too?
Just ie?

Regarding the Homer/teleporting units issues.
Does a Servoskull will help in this case?
So, may a summoned unit be teleported 6" from the librarian and within the range of a servo skull scatter of only 1 D6?
Yes, it would do - but you cant place the skull in the opponents deployment zone, an the primary use of Mordrak is being annoying right up in the enemies face.
