they are inferior rhino hulls (AV 11) that have a 1 in 6 chance of zooming forward instead of firing.

Any codex has the option deal death at range to AV11, as far as i know.

Orks, for example have lootas, tankbustas, Battlewagons, Kannon ....

SM have lascannons, missile launchers etc

DE/Eldar have lances and other mean toys..

What army are you trying to kill them with? That might help narrow it down a a bit.

I would go for ignore them. The rest of ork mech will be more important.

Depends a lot on your list but they are not that amazing and they cost a fair few points, ignore them and concentrate on the less cool looking ork models.

Frankly, if your opponent just blew all three of his HS slots on LW's, he's going to have enough problems
