I would bring a couple of squadrons of kannons. It will just make popping mech a lot easier and will support the lootas.
Seems a strong enough list. I question the set up of the warbosses and the nobs, also I think a kff will make the boyz last longer than a warboss: I need a heap more games to be clearer on these points.

I played this list last saturday against a SW player that was in the finals of Ard boys and won. I didnt have a Aegis defense line though. I was thinking of running 2 Big meks w/ KFF but with focus fire its useless unelss i keep em all bunched up which leads me vulnerable to Template and Blast weapons. I figure at most i can get 10 guys under the KFF if i seperate em 2 in away. to me id rather have a T5 W3 Str 10(w/ PK) in the squad that can hurt just about anything. Then when i assault i can issue a challange with my Nob to avoid big characters. When you say Kannons are you talking Kans or the Artillery we get? Either way i dont own any = / Whats everyones outlook on the Flyers we got? Is it worth taking any or not to bother? Oh and the only reason i have 1 squad of Slugga Choppas is bc i dont have the shootas to convert em to

Focus fire actually doesn't do anything against the KFF for units of boyz.
The KFF states that any UNIT within 6" of the Mek, not any MODEL. You may be thinking of the Vehicle Squadron rules, which are different due to the wording regarding vehicles.
I would run KFFs personally, but if you're not worried about getting hit with bolter or splinter rifle fire, then hey, that's your choice.

Ill have to try out the Big Mek KFF, but i have a 2k tourny this saturday with this list plus chaos allies so ill see how the warbosses do. Anything else?

TBH yea normally there wouldnt be anything anyways unless i run Roket launchers but the chance to hit is horrbile. My logic was whos gonna run armour 14 in a 1.5k tourny with HP's. granted you have lemon russ you dont see that to much at my LGS. Other than BW Deff Rollas there isnt much to deal with Armour 14

In general I would advise just to ignore av14, it shouldn't be a big worry or high on the priorities. [Though I worry about the fortress, as until you can kill it, the enemy will be pretty safe and yet killy.]
I mean the artillery guns, that are big guns which are kannons. They are pretty hard in the new rules. They have loads of crew and they all count as toughness 7 when being shot.
Then with ammo runts and BS3 they hit a lot.
Then you can be cheeky and give them a mega armoured mek or something and they then can move and shoot.
But more importantly st8 is really useful, as is ap3.
(they have a long range for an ork as well)

I agree with MFletch if you can afford to ignore, do so.
But I think this list looks intriguing but I'm "concerned." Are the Gretchin manning the quad gun? I bet the QG will likely outlive the DakkaJet, but I SURE do like that thing... 130 points with extra Supa shootas almost a guaranteed wreck on most MEQ armor.
I bet you do well. 30 Lootas is just cruel...Teee heee!
Edit.... bad math on the dakka jet. It's likely if on a Waaagh! facing rear armor ... 3 TLSS (each firing twice re-rolling misses 4 hits likely). Glancing rear armor on 4+ (1 glance 1 pen). That's 2HP down... my bad.... I still like DakkaJets lol.

I wasnt to stressed about AV14 to begin with at most someone could take 4and thats 2/3 of their army.and you have to unload to claim objectives. As for the gretchin i had 65 points left over and figured i might aswell get another troop. and if i can hide the ruthard you cant even see the gretchin behind the wall  so worse comes to worse they still should be fine in there. what im more worried about is my lootas running after taking 3 casualties.
