Ok a couple questions regarding some new rules on psychic powers....

do units get to deny the witch on NOVA attacks? the rule says it can deny the witch on powers directed at them... but since nova isnt targeting a unit in general just everything around him... do they get to try and deny it?

Same for dooms attack that hits all units within 6" every shooting phase?

Anything will die if you can stab it enough.

....if thats the case and multiple units are hit do multiple units get a chance to deny the witch? and if one unit failed but the other gets it does it stop the power completely or does the unit that failed still get hit by it?

The Dooms Spirt Leech is an ability and not a power, so no DtW. Also runic weapons can not stop the Dooms or other Zoantropes Warp Shield.

Had to argue that with someone once.

:3 but I have Ap3 bolters for 5+ DtW GKs. Failing that, a 4+* for tying up Pallies for 5 turns with Invisibility that they cannot stop.

SW shut down powers more AND have 18 Long Fangs. "What's your invul save, Tsons? Have 15 Ap6 Frag missiles!"

But I digress.

I forgot about all the other saves vs pykers sw get. 3 ways to stop them as it was pointed out to me. I'm well aware that sw are the most broken army eight now. I'm terrified of them to be quite honest.
