I think termies and dreads would work better together in your list. That is instead of preds.

Give the librarian termy armour and get him to hang with the fearless dudes.

You should get the apothecary for the deathwing as it is awesome.

Also why the techmarine?

If you are going to pull Blood Angels into a Dark Angels list, why not pickup a Stormraven to tote the Death Company in? Dark Angels don't have any air support, and a Death Company detachment woukd work great in one.

And you may want to edit your list. We can't have the itemized points totals foe each upgrade. A unit's total cost will suffice.

I mostly did Deathwing Death Company for a bit of fun. Predators are more effective fire bases in Dark Angels than Dreadnoughts (they can't get twin Auto Cannon's and they can take a bit more punishment than Dreadnoughts). The Techmarine is a bit of melee support for the vehicles and to be joined to the Librarian, who'll be using Prescience on the tanks. That's the theory behind it anyway. I may take a Stormraven, gotta figure out what I'd take out to put it in there though
