Well the army depends on your play style. Some general comments though, Thunderwolves at 1k points are a bit expensive. SW do better at 1000 points with more GHs and LFs. So I would drop the Thunderwolves for them. I would also make your LFs pure missile launchers just for their ability to switch between krak and frag for the situations. Also your HQ depends on your playstyle, but I still like the versatility of the Rune Priest (one of the better libbies in 6th, until they nerf/FAQ him). In regards to the lone wolf, they are fun, so I would say keep it unless you need the points else where. Just try and be careful cause he will draw all the fire. I would also put your GH in Rhinos to help their mobility, and get them in position.

An open mind is like a fortress with its gates unbarred and unguarded

Remove the MotW from you Lone Wolf, he will overide yout Chain Fist.
I like your Long Fangs, but that is becouse I am tied of Missile Launcher SPAM.
Only one Thunder Wolf Cav can have a Special Weapon, i would take the points you are saving from the Lone Wolf and add a Storm Shield.

otherwize it looks good

1) The Frost blade + Storm Shield combo on your wolf lord is inferior to and more expensive than a Wolf Claw + Storm Shield. Use the points you save to upgrade your flamers to meltaguns in the Grey Hunter squad.

2) I think that you'd be better off with another thunderwolf (or two) instead of the single lone wolf. The TWC are more likely to get into close combat. And in any case, if you give him MotW, he can't use the chainfist!

3) As a matter of taste, 4 missile launchers instead of 2 HB's + 2 LC's.

The points I am making is assuming you are using what you have and only what you have. I do not know if you have any other models and if you do perhaps you could list them so we can see what you are working with. It would help us give better advice. Especially if you are like me and hate playing with proxy stuff. That being said here is a list that basically follows what you had with some minor changes.

1) Splitting up the Grey Hunters gives your more scorers on the board. I agree with everyone else if you can get them some sort of transport that would be best. However this is assuming you do not currently have access to Rhino's The more scoring units you have access to in a game the better (imho).

2) I HATE missile spam just my personal opinion I don't use them as such but I understand why people do like them.

3) All the things others mentioned are good points, Your Lone wolf should not take CF and MotW can't use both, Your TWC cannot have both a PF and a PW I say take neither and just give one a SS and use their rending attacks to the fullest.

4) If you have access to Rhinos I would suggest possibly dropping the Lone Wolf and giving each unit a Rhino. With the other changes made in the list that would free up points to split the GH squads up to give you more scoring units.

Again this is all just a matter of opinion however there are some things that you have in your current list that are either A) illegal or B) a poor use of points

This is something in line with what I would run at 1k.

I would agree, three wolf guard with combi-meltas and PW/PFs to add some more punch to your GH. If you are dead set on the TWC, just be sure to properly support them as they charge in.

All of your units look strong and are well suited to their particular role. That's good. The only weakness in this list is that you only have 2 scoring units.

If you're dead set on using the thunderwolves and a wolf lord, that's fine. But consider that you could get another unit of 10 Grey Hunters with a Rhino, a Rhino for your other squad AND a Rune priest for the price of your wolf lord an TWC. You'd even have points left over for another lone wolf or a razorback for your long fangs..
