Marines, even though I have been playing Orks for a few years but have never had a vanilla marine army.

I think that the Ork list is too slow (despite the Koptas), and although there's a bit of redundancy in the marine list, its better shooting should do a decent amount of damage before the Terminators can mop up.

The main thing winning strategy for the orks there will be the ork boyz are hard to kill when in that number. I am not sure that is enough now. At the very least get a kff for them.

Drop the combi weapons and pred.
For yet another thunderfire cannon and improved turrets on the razorbacks.
Get the ADL with quadgun as all the cool kids have one.
Then I am sure your librarian has a termy armour and storm shield, as you care for him.
After which you'll have a very reasonable list.

When you've got 2 Thunderfire cannons sat there you should be able to thin out their numbers by a fair margin though.

These lists arent fighting each other. It's for a local tournament and I was having a hard time on which one. Fliers concern me, which is why the SM list has massed TL fire (and HB Razorbacks are cheap) and the Ork list has plenty of lootas. I also really like combi weapons in SM lists because otherwise its very hard to get enough special weapons and it makes your tac squads valuable. I have considered dropping the Pred for TFC and upgrading the last two MLs into LCs, but I think the AT the Pred provides is more important in this list.

Ill definitely add a KFF Big Mek to the ork list.

Shoot, I forgot to add in the points for the HB Razorbacks. The SM list is 120 overbudget. I have to take out 3 terminators to fit it all in.

You also missed the cost for upgrading the terminators.

There is no cost for upgrading the terminators. This is the vanilla sm codex.

Edit: oh wow, no I didn't forget the cost of the razorbacks. I was right the first time.
