So, p.42, specialist weapon. "A model fighting with this weapon does not receive the +1 Attack for fighting with two weapons unless both weapons have the Specialist Weapon rule."

Say I have a wolf guard terminator with a wolf claw and a power fist. Does that mean I can not only choose which one to use each round, but also get +1 attack??

You are right, it's better then 5th where you had to choose but never got the +1 attack.
I think though you should have to get matching pairs to qualify for the extra attack though.

It's not the size of the blade, it's how you use it.

I agree that it should take two of the same weapons to get the bonus attack, but thats not how it works anymore. I know my twin wolf claw termis just lost one set of blades and became a fist. Same points costs as well, just a lot more utility.
