5 man warrior squads are way to squishy to be your only troops in a now objective heavy game there is just way to much ap 4 change them to immortal squads and it will make the so much more survivable you will have to drop a A barge to do it but i think its a must, also with the arrows in the lord i dont think they are worth there points and we have more effective anti tank for lower points. another suggestion i have been using a defence line and the comms relay with my lists which are fairly similar to yours getting all of your flyers on turn 2 is a great thing (ok i know they wont always all come on turn 2 but theres a good chance) beacuse i find you cant offord them to come on to much later beacuse you dont always get that many turns to shoot with your flyers, to fit it in i would drop the ghost arc drop the arrows and buff up the warrior squad with any left over points.

I like what you're doing with the Stormteks and the scythes, but take into consideration what you're using them for. They're suicide 'melta' units which will fly in (hopefully) turn 2 and wreck a vehicle. Once they've done that they are going to get smashed...best case you've fisted 3 landraiders and the game is yours...more likely you've taken out 1 high value asset, maybe a dakka dread and a rhino.
End of turn 3 on the board you're going to have 2x5 man scoring units, most of your flyers will be in ongoing reserve and you will have almost definately lost 2-3 of either your anni barges/arks/barge lord during turn 1 and 3when there is nothing else for your opponent to fire at.

So, positives...you've demeched your opponent using your 'melta' and you're going to shock his balls off with 6 telsa destructors
negatives ... you've got 2 tiny scoring units, zero CC defense and your opponent has nothing like target saturation.

Your fix as i see it, get more bodies on the field

I never played much 5th and so never saw entire armies of marines sat in rhinos being immune to small arms fire...but i do get the concept and i get that's what you are doing with your ghost arks.
However rhinos are 35 points with a couple of crappy bolters.
Arks are more than 3 times the cost and once you take their fire arcs into consideration 5 str 4 gauss shots per turn are not exactly stellar. You pay the premium on arks for their ability to regen warriors imo. In this case they will never do that.
So to reiterate kendowned maybe get rid of your arks, get rid of your arrow and beef up your warriors?
