And it helps to use a white background, as it helps the camera adjust the colours.

A sheet of plain white A4 behind a model can do wonders for pictures. I still lack a lightbox and use paper for all my backdrops but I think I get a good quality finish.

The model looks good though, nice skin tone and colours used throughout, very gritty.

Still a WIP I don't really like the skin seems to always be my problem with painting orks.

The problem with your skin is lack of highlights. Try painting it dark green, then a drybrush of ork skin green, then a light highlight/drybrush of bright green. Then wash, it looks superb, just look at my gallery.
