Hi guys.
As i'm working up a project, and only have the core bikes so far, i am able to plan the lists i want ahead, with relative flexability (e.g. i haven't committed to buying X so i can pick Y instead)
Anyway, these are the 3 point levels i see as the 'norm', so i have made lists for them.
If you want me to break them up into 3 different threads, just say. I was going to do it, but didn't want to be accused of spamming.
1500:
HQ:
Captain w/ Bike, Artificer Armour, Relic Blade - 180
Librarian w/ Bike - 135
Troops:
Bike Squad w/ +5 men, 2 Plasmaguns, Power Fist, Meltabombs, Attack Bike: MM - 325

1750:

Troops:
Bike Squad w/ +5 men, 2 Plasmaguns, Power Fist, Meltabombs, Attack Bike: MM - 325
Bike Squad w/ +5 men, 2 Plasmaguns, Power Fist, Meltabombs, Attack Bike: MM - 325
Bike Squad w/ +4 men, 2 Plasmaguns, Power Fist, Meltabombs, Attack Bike: MM - 300
Elites:
Terminator Squad w/ Cyclone Missile Launcher, Chain Fist - 235

Each list has very similar units, saves cost, and keeps the theme.
Anyway, C&C welcome!
Thanks.

I like your bike lists very much. A nice white scars theme.
I would say add in Scout Bikes to all of your lists that have stormtalon gunships in them due to the escorting reserves rule. bikes can move 12" from an outflank, then the stormtalon has to move on within 6" of them, making it move 18". I personally love scout bikes for how cheap you can get TL bolters and T5

Actually I think stormtalons are too weak to have only 2 of them.
Though I do love scout bikers, though these current rules have destroyed a lot of their greatness and I am still thinking of new tactics for them. Currently it is driving a rune priest on a bike 12 inches forward to guarantee a good jaws line first turn.
I would bring more scoring units. Whether that will be scouts or combat squadding your bike squads is up to you.
Not sure that your termies fit with your list. You want to be refuse flanking and quick, making sure the enemy can only hit back with a small part of their arsenal, termies are just too slow for this.
If you want covering fire, then the stormtalons help, but also ADL with quadgun and then some shooty things to hide behind it.
At the very least if you want termies take Belial and a squad of deathwing. These will be scoring, have the CML and SS/TH, maybe even FNP.

Thanks for the feedback Has given me a fair bit to think about.
@PotionsN'balms. I like scout bikers too, swapped them from sniper scouts to bikes. Fits better with the theme, and i can take RF S6 grenade launchers for +10 each. Pretty good IMO.
@MFletch. Stormtalons, too weak? Yes they have AV11, but when it's a 1/6th chance to hit, surely they aren't classified as 'weak'. In any case, they are stronger than Typhoons, which is the alternative.
Yeah, i plan on combat squadding my bike squads. 8+1 into 5 and 3+1. Giving me 6 scoring units at 2k points.
Termies are there for the fear-factor. 235 points of 2+ that can DS anywhere (Preferably on the Locator Beacons on the scouts). They have decent firepower, in the form of storm bolters, and a heavy weapon in order to deal with armour. I agree they are not right for the 'theme', but what they bring is good enough to be in the list.
and FYI, i am using C: SM, so Belial is not an option

You can bring allies so Belial is an option. For 130 points he makes the termies scoring and fearless and they can have a CML but with cc weapons.
If enemies are relying on 6+ to hit a stormtalon then yes they will last long enough. Apart from against necrons and orks.
Then they are weak enough in terms of hull points if nothing else to be killed by the omnipresent quadgun, dying before they can shoot is not fun.
Typhoons have some advantages like they are cheap and they start first turn.

Only question I have with the list is if you are using vanilla space marines how are you taking bikes as troop choices? I may be wrong but don't they need Kahn in order to take bikes as troops not fast attack choices?
If I am over looking something please lemme know for next time.

Taking a captain on a bike unlock biker squads that are at least 5 strong as troops.
