A Grey Hunter isn't a character, and therefore can't Challenge an enemy
IC, unable to make certain that wounds are allocated to that enemy
IC.
ID is not quite a big deal because your opponent will simply allocate the
ID wound to an ablative, non-important dork.
If your local meta is full of
DPs, big bugs and the occasional WraithLord, then put the PFist on a Wolf Guard instead of a
GH.

WGs will mean a loss of one meltagun in the 10 man crew. I'd easily trade out one mg shot for 3 extra Pfist swings, and the gain of 3 characters.
