I was so excited about the new Tzeentch plastics, that I picked up a box of screamers and painted them immediately.
Here are the results:

I also tried working with the Vallejo Fluo colors and Im loving the results. The magenta and green are super to work with, havent really tried the blue yet.
The picture was taken in daylight with no flash ... forgot to take a pic of the bellies for some reason, but I can upload one of those tomorrow ... just now Im taking care of the bases.

Id highly recommend this kit ... cant wait to get some more to fill out the squad

Those look fantastic. The colors are nice and vibrant. I am thinking about picking some of these up and after seeing yours I may just have to cave in and get some.

You see that one guy in the shady glasses, driving the shady van? I'm across the street from him.

They seriously pop. Eye-grabbing models for sure.

Before you go criticizing someone you hate, walk a mile in his shoes. Then you're a mile away, and you have his shoes!

Thanks for the praises guys. It is much appreciated!! Hopefully lll be able to replicate it on a couple more

Unfortunately, I dont own an airbrush, so this was done by hand. The colors I used:

Blue: Sotek Green --> Temple Guard Blue --> Ice Blue --> 50:50 Ice Blue/ Ceramite White
Purple: Liche Purple --> Warlock Purple --> Vallejo Magenta Fluo
Horns were done with two browns and then Ushabti Bone.

And as promised, here is the belly shot, as well as one on base. I keep the bases simple though ...

Again those are just pure awesome. I must say the simple base really works well with that colorful of a model.

Color me amazed, (ha-ha). I do believe those are the best screamers that i have seen. Please keep posting your work. My only advice is to adjust the F-stop on the camera for more color saturation and crispness. A++++++

Just forgot what I was going to say.

These are really outstanding. I've just gotten a set of screamers, and after doing some googling to find assembly ideas and schemes I found yours. I hope you don't mind, but I'm going to be using yours as my key inspiration because they look so damn good.

Wow, those are really, really well done. The fading from light blue to purple and purple to red-purple is flawlessly executed. The only thing I'm not 100% keen on is the eyes. For me, they're too close in color to the bone spikes, tusks, and teeth. I definitely would maintain the solid color with no pupils, but I think they need to be a better, contrasting color like a yellow or dark, glossy orange. Soulless black might work, as well.

Necropost indeed, but having seen Flachzange's work I couldn't let it go past without a compliment.

Epic blending on the fins/wings. This totally warrants a necropost :p
