You need more troop choices. Drop the chosen and maybe the Defiler for normal CSM, more 1k Sons or Necron Warriors.

troops are a waste of points if you bring more troops you have less gunz!

You'd have more guns if you bought more troops, or maybe different troops. You've got an army that sinks an awful lot of points into a few elite units without much in the way of weight of numbers.
