First list in ten years plus so please be kind! not collected any models yet so want to plan a army so I know what models to get. Aiming for a fluffy RG list that can take on most things

With 20pts to spare (lascannon instead of HB on tacs?) just to add some AP2 into the mix with the LC's and ap3 with the ML's. Might consider dropping 1 of the assault squad for a squad of 5 assault terms
