Just wanna ask you guys for some opinions on how i should go about this?

You say Greater Daemon of Khorne, I say Grey Knight Brotherhood Champion's special rule: Heroic Sacrifice. I then say "Greater Daemon of Khorne, go die!!!"

Take your time.
Find a friend that wants to give Infinity a try and proxy very small games with the Quick-start rules.
Just 4-5 basic minis on each side, to learn the basics. Then you can increase the size of your force a little and start using more and more rules until you are both familiar with how it plays.
Proxy proxy proxy. Try different units with different rules to see what you prefer.

Then if you are hooked as you should be, consider ordering some models =P
And hope your friend(s) is(are) hooked just as much.
Unless you really like to collect just for fun, it's no fun to have nice minis collecting dust.

Yeah, initially when trying the game don't overload on models or really worry about having a legal army list. Get a friend and make an 'army' each consisting of about 3 line infantry and one special weapon each.

The main reason is infinity is a complicated game when you're starting. Start small and get a handle on basic rules before trying to have a proper game.

If you want some cooler models at least to paint, the starter sets are good for this. They generally have basic line infantry and a special weapon, but also additional stuff like heavy infantry. Grabbing a starter set each and gradually building up the size of the games using more of the models in the starter sets isn't a bad idea either.
