Two questions on how this works.

Can you use the Chronometron to re-roll Orikan's "the stars are right" ability, assuming he is in the same unit as the cryptek?

Secondly what phase would this be considered for purposes of "re-roll one of the unit's D6 rolls per phase".

You can re-roll Imotekh's night fighting roll, so yes. As long as they are in the same unit, as you said.

Movement phase. Though I could have sworn I saw something in the BRB that referenced "Beginning of player turn is technically before movement phase" but I can't find it for the life of me! Anyway, disregarding that, movement phase.
