I'm working on a guard list with two primaris psykers, my question is when I'm rolling for my telepathy powers do I reroll the results of 5 and 6 seeing as the primaris psykers are only mastery level 1 and can never use 2 warp charge abilities?

Good. I obviously made a post here because I had already read through the rule book but happened to miss that very clear entry on the right side of page 418.
