Fists. Only the Front Rank benefits, meaning I generally only get two extra attack (characters sitting in the 3rd slot), so the Ironfist is better to give me parry and +1 Arm.

Q: What do you call a Dinosaur Handpuppet?

A: A Maniraptor

Wouldn't additional hand weapons help with all the ranks?

I'm not sure if anything benefits from AHW in supporting. Is there a MI around with 2 attacks? Compared to shields and halberds and spears and such, they never seem to be a very good option.

XHW, the most useless upgrade in all of WHFB. Universally sucking accross all army books.

It was good in 7th because only the front rank ever got to fight(except spears) so XHW really did double your damage output.

On characters its not a bad idea though. And Maneaters can make use of them(because you can just give them to the front rank)

Self-proclaimed evil Cat-person. Dues Ex Felines

Cato Sicarius, after force feeding Captain Ventris a copy of the Codex Astartes for having the audacity to play Deathwatch, chokes to death on his own D-baggery after finding Calgar assembling his new Eldar army.

It works well in a Frenzied mob of Feral Ork's however.

Agreed.

In fact it is a useful option on anything that doesn't have access to a shield.

I heard Dark Elf corsairs are big fans too...

“It was in lands of the Chi-An where she finally ran him to ground. There she kissed him deeply as he lay dying, and so stole from him his last, agonized breath.

On a delicate chain at her throat, she keeps it with her to this day.”
