List B is the more classic RAS + FNP/FC list with 2 MM bikes and 2 dev squads giving some pinpoint punch. List A features a stern guard + corbulo + divination Libby droppod, may not be as cost effective but may catch some off guard.

The first list probably needs more scoring units. The scouts will want camo cloaks. Then there are a few other upgrades but I assume you've tried to get them cheap.

The second list seems very reasonable. Again there are things to upgrade but they cost points.

I would worry how you plan to shot down flyers. Unfortunately they do appear at low points. ADL would be useful anyway for your dev. squads and scouts to hide behind.
