Well, if you want a Nurgle theme, pick up Epidemius, as he will greatly buff all of your nurgle stuff when you start killing things. A bunch of plaguebearers is a good thing, they are hard to kill, and wound anything on 4+ (early on) with their plagueswords. A couple of daemon princes would be a sound investment, and with the new rules, a squad or two of screamers and flamers would be a big plus for ranged support and vehicle killing.

A Great Unclean One would add some nice, very hard to kill, punch to your army as well.

I just checked out all the models you listed AND i LOVE them so ya i am going to run with this army my plan is to magnetis them on the round and square bases I love the daemons and even if i get my butt kicked every game i still wanna use them for 40k and fantasy .. So using these model choices 2 daemon princes like 40 plaguebearers ,,Epidemius ,,1 squad of screamers and 1 squad of flamers .. and eventually unclean 1

Let me know how it works for you. I have a fantasy daemon army sitting around and am looking at those new plague bearers and thinking I might get exactly what you have noted.

Thus, After having thus successively taken each member of the community in its powerful grasp and fashioned him at will, the supreme power then extends its arm over the whole community. It covers the surface of society with a network of small complicated rules, minute and uniform, through which the most original minds and the most energetic characters cannot penetrate, to rise above the crowd. The will of man is not shattered, but softened, bent, and guided; men are seldom forced by it to act, but they are constantly restrained from acting. Such a power does not destroy, but it prevents existence; it does not tyrannize, but it compresses, enervates, extinguishes, and stupefies a people, till each nation is reduced to nothing better than a flock of timid and industrious animals, of which the government is the shepherd

Plaguebearers are very durable, but they don't have great damage potential, so it's important not to go overboard with them. Nurglings have a ton of attacks, so they do very well when Epidimius' tally is high, but until then they're somwhat mediocre. Since killing those 20 models to get things rolling is going to be the main challenge, you'll probably want three princes and a GUO tooled up to do as much damage as possible. Sprinkle a few units of Plaguebearers (I'm a sucker for god numbers, but anywhere from 7-12 should work. Just remember they won't do a whole lot if you don't give them enough support) The rest of your points can be filled out with as many screamers and flamers as you can fit. As a rough guide, I'd say grab epi, a GUO, three winged princes, 1-2 units of nurglings, ~3 of plaguebearers and the fill everything else with Screamers and Flamers for anti-tank.

If you have princes, they don't need wings to be flyers. The Daemonic Flight entry in the codex says that they gain the flight frmo wings, or some other unholy method, so it could be just psychic power, magic, whatever.
