I think your list is bit all over the place really.

I would want to see more melta and flamer to really compensate for the lack of combat tactics, otherwise I am not sure Vulkan is really pulling his weight.
You have no good means to attack flyers.
You are very light on long range threat.
Not sure teleporting thunderhammers are the best idea or footslogging.

I would go in two possible directions; either embrace Vulkan or not take him. The advice will be different in either case.

Take as much awesome melta and flamer units maybe using drop pods, with some antiflyer and some longrange threat. Thus dropping vindicators, unless getting a raider dropping the thunderhammers.
