If you actually read the read me before posting rules I wager you'll find you are not allowed to post individual costs.

Normal format is burning my eyes, though recently I have had suncream in my eyes which has stung, it may be hay fever but I didn't think I had that.

Servitors are doable for GK and space wolves. Maybe do a 'play as' army.
Techmarines are doable for BA, space wolves, GK and BT.
Using allies I suppose this can all be mixed together but the point remains vanilla marines are not on the list.

First, the formatting is a little excessive, we don't need the points and rules, and it makes it hard to read.

If this is your techmarine list, why not bring a Master of the Forge? You aren't realy getting a lot of milage from your other HQs. Kantor works well if you pack a lot of sternguard, and Lysander is a good beatstick, at home in a termi squad, or giving a full 10 man sternguard bolter drill. Your army lacks synergy with them. I'd drop one and upgrade your tech to a MotF.

If you are going to field flamers in a sternguard squad, they need a way to move around. Also, why buy a regular flamer, go duel heavies. Storm bolters can't fire special ammo, never take them.

I prefer typhoon missiles if buying a big gun upgrade for speeders. The AC can put out a lot of firepower, but puts you in bolter range, and you can be glanced out of the sky. 100 points is to many to pay for that. The Typhoon/HB speeder costs less, stays out of close range, and projects nice firepower. If you want close support speeders, go with the classic MM/HF

Nothing wrong with Vindis, but as you refered to this as your techmarine list, I'd swap one out for a TFC. You might need to drop one for points to make the sternguard larger and buy them a rhino.
