I have the codex, and there is not a painting guide. I also bought the Digital Necron Painting guide and it does not have the standard scheme. Is there a guide for the standard GW Necron scheme?

Thanks.

base dark metal, wash black, highlight edges with medium metal, details on weapons with various greens?

Necron are perhaps the only army where a guide shouldn't be needed at all.

You posted this on Warseer as well?

Have you tried googling "necron painting guide" or "necron painting tutorial".

The simplest thing you can do is probably just boltgun metal basecoat over whatever undercoat you want and then washed black, then pick out the details with whatever you want.
