Looking good. I would also do a wash to get in all the recesses as well. And I guess having the wings and tail on the wrong way was on purpose.

You guessed right about the wings and tail! I don't know why but I don't like the way they look normally. While I know I'm not the best painter by a longshot its they photo that makes it look unwashed.

I'll try to grab some better pics later. I added an Exorcist symbol (free handed) and some transfers.

Looks nice, the only thing I'd suggest is putting some Nuln Oil wash on the silver bits to give them some depth. I see everyone else has suggested that as well though haha.

Ooh, one of my friends is going to be very very jealous. He does Exorcists too and just recently picked up a Stormpigeon. I'll have to pass this on to him.

Anyways, it looks fantastic. What did you use for highlighting the blood red?

Looks nice man, I like the tail and wings the way you have them more than the way they are supposed to be. Very crisp highlighting also, well done!

@Wagguy80 - I purposely did the tail and wings backwards.

@Joshh - I actually used a red spray primer. Washed it heavily with devlan mud and then dry brushed with blood red. Detail and then highlighted with blazing orange!
