Subject: Flawless host, some background I have been working on

Hi all,
I have been looking at Fabius bile a little recently and also the flawless host warband from the Chaos space marines and what little is knowen of them to give players like myself a push into there own chapter and I came up with this reasoning, let them know your C&C and what you think please... I would be very intreasted to how I could develop this idea further
What we do know;
The flawless host rely heavily of combat drugs
they have Emperors children gene-seed markers
Fabius Bile during the heresy did not actually fight, on either side, he was to busy doing his "experiments"
what I came up with;
Biles "experiments" during the herey, while a long shot, is it not plausable that he was, in a very morbid way, trying to "save" or "heal" the dying and mortally wounded by giving them certain concoctions of drugs to help there strength rebuild and there bodies to heal ect?
The flawless host give rise to this as Bile left Terra with a band of his "alterd" followers and so never actually sided with chaos at all, thought the traites to slaanesh are clearly evident...
could the flawless host not be a "chapter" of space marines born not by the emperor but by Bile himself, lending to the legends that he has masterd the creation of space marines ect... and if that be the case which side do they fight on..? is it not possible, Bile and his followers may have found a way to bend slaanesh himself, could the flawless host and Bile have found a way to use all the power of slaanesh for there own agenda such as fighting for the emperor?
and on this conclusion could the flawless host, although listed as a traitor legion/or not listed at all (I think), could the Adeptus Administorium and the Inquisition have got there files wrong and could the flawless host not be as loyal as marneus calgar and the ultramarines, fighting for the emperor but managing to co-exist with slaanesh for all the power it brings to the emperors arsenal?
C&C welcome

ADB: I showed the Wolves revealing the key weakness at the heart of the World Eaters; showing Angron that his Legion was broken and worthless compared to the others; that he was the one primarch who couldn't trust his own warriors, and that they didn't care if he lived or died; showing that loyalty to brothers and sons is the heart of success for the Legiones Astartes, to the point even Lorgar makes a big deal out of saying the World Eaters and their primarch were massively outclassed by Russ, and Angron was too stupid to see the lesson Russ had sacrificed time, sweat, and blood, to teach. We're talking about a battle the Wolves won, by isolating the enemy general through pack tactics, and threatening to kill him, without a hope of defending himself. It was a balance, 50/50 - Angron overpowered Russ, and the Wolves were losing ground to the World Eaters; but Russ and his warriors had Angron by the balls, and barely broke a sweat. They won, no question. Lorgar even says: "The Wolves won, meathead."
Dorn won’t help you either. He’s too busy being the Emperor’s groundskeeper, hiding behind the palace walls. The Wolf is too busy cutting off heads as our father’s executioner, while the Lion holds on to his secrets, and has no special fondness for you. Who else will come? Not Ferrus, certainly. Nor Corax either. Even as we speak, I suspect he flees for Deliverance. Sanguinius?’ Curze laughed cruelly. ‘The angel is more cursed than I. The Khan? He does not wish to be found. So who is left? No one, Vulkan. None of them will come. You are simply not that important. You are alone.’ Konrad Curze to Vulkan

Fabius Bile was not a nice character , in his own words this about sums him up
If a man dedicates his life to good deeds and the welfare of others, he will die unthanked and unremembered. If he exercises his genius bringing misery and death to billions, his name will echo down through the millennia for a hundred lifetimes. Infamy is always more preferable to ignominy

This would make Slaanesh very unhappy, he is a jealous and wrathful master and doesn't allow his followers to share any other devotion other than to himself.
In the eyes of the Inquisition you would be inexcusably tainted by Chaos, there is no co-existing with the forces of Chaos if you are part of the Imperium, it's burn or be burnt.
According to the Apocalypse rule book the Flawless Host took part in Scourging of Makenna VII

This is a contradiction. Ask any puritan monodominant. There is a precedent for radicalized SM chapters, however -- the Soul Drinkers.

Although there are or were chaotic elements of the Soul Drinkers, followers and ideals, the part of the Chapter under Sarpedon does not appear to use Chaos, you could argue about his mutation, but that wasn't his choice.
I think the Relictors would be a better example, they actively seek out Chaos artifacts to use against Chaos in the name of the Imperium. They have been declared Extremis Diabolus because of this.
